My new favorite grain!
I tried quinoa for the first time on Monday. It was delicious. I cannot believe I waited so long to try it. I bought myself a whole pack from Whole Foods. It’s organic and I am really looking forward to trying it.

Happy Holidays to everyone. I hope you all are doing well. I’m spending Christmas with my boyfriend. It feels so good to say my boyfriend. Lol. This is a very special Christmas for me because my family doesn’t celebrate it. So yay me. My very first Christmas! We are going to dinner at his parents house at 6 so I’m gonna stuff my face. Can’t wait.
